We will then dive into three invigorating rounds of Tummo breathing, a powerful technique that builds heat in your body, activates your nervous system, and strengthens your focus.
After generating internal warmth, you’ll transition into C26Hub’s cold water recovery tubs, where the true benefits unfold. Cold exposure has been proven to reduce inflammation, accelerate muscle recovery, and improve circulation, helping you bounce back faster from intense workouts. Mentally, the cold plunge is a powerful tool for building mental fortitude, resilience, and stress tolerance, enhancing your overall performance and well-being.
