Foundational
Enjoy exercises that target multiple muscle groups with functional movements that mimic everyday activities. Suitable for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness. All levels welcome.

Power
Designed to keep the efforts short and intense, the Power class will raise your heart rate quickly and allow rest between sets to let the heart rate decrease significantly. Challenging, yes, but still suitable for all fitness levels.

Engine
Engine workouts are a focus on your "engine", meaning improving how efficient the heart is working. This type of workout adds true benefit to overall health. Improving the body's "engine" leads to good heart health and increased performance. All levels welcome.
