HYROX Simulation Event – Test Your Grit, Race Your Limits
C26 is proud to host it's 2nd Official HYROX Affiliate Event that gives everybody the chance to try HYROX!
Due to the overwhelming interest in our 1st Simulation Event, we are excited to announce that we’ll be hosting another one in November! Just a bit longer....... :)
Come and experience the intensity, strategy, and challenge of a full HYROX-style race! Whether you're prepping for your next competition or just curious about what HYROX is all about, this simulation will give you the real-deal race feel and also great preparation for your upcoming race.
There are 2 division options to choose from (Individual & doubles - or you can do BOTH!), cool awards, parent/child team events, and swag you’ll love. If you want to register for Open AND Doubles, you must register for BOTH individually.
All levels welcome—whether you’re racing Elite, Open, or just seeing what all the buzz is about. Come ready to sweat, push hard, and leave stronger than you came.

**The Workout for Open division will be one time through and for Doubles division it will be twice through; running together and alternating stations. We will have the appropriate weights for both male and female divisions.
What to Expect
- A full simulation of the HYROX format: alternating run intervals with all 8 workout stations (SkiErg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Row, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, and Wall Balls).

What to Bring
- Training shoes (An all-around shoe that's durable enough for running and strength would be best!)
- Workout clothes you’d race in (yes, we mean sweat-wicking and squat-proof!)
- Towel, water bottle, and electrolytes.
- Grips/gloves if you use them during sleds or carries.
- That "I’m here to suffer but also have fun" attitude. :)
