Thomas Baumann

Thomas Baumann is a highly accomplished swim coach with over a decade of experience developing athletes across all levels of the sport. A former University of Missouri scholarship swimmer, he combines his competitive background with a Master’s degree in Positive Coaching and Athletic Leadership to deliver a performance-driven, athlete-centered approach. Throughout his career, he has coached multiple Olympic Trials qualifiers, nationally ranked swimmers, and championship-level teams, earning recognition as a Region VIII and Arkansas LSC Coach of the Year. Known for his strong emphasis on stroke technique and efficient movement in the water, Thomas focuses on building a technical foundation that supports long-term development and confidence for swimmers of all abilities.
