Nick Fisher
Swim Instructor
Nick Fisher is a second‑year student at Johnson County Community College with a lifelong passion for swimming and athlete development. He has been involved in the sport since the age of six and has spent the last three years coaching swimmers across competitive and summer league programs. Nick brings a thoughtful, athlete‑centered approach to the pool, emphasizing goal setting, perseverance, and hard work while remaining flexible and patient with athletes at every stage of their journey.
With an invested commitment to mental health, Nick prioritizes personal growth, confidence, and resilience over performance metrics alone. He believes long‑term success in swimming—and in life—comes from fostering self‑belief, adaptability, and a genuine love for the sport. Outside of coaching, Nick enjoys music and plays guitar, which he finds to be another creative outlet for focus, expression, and balance.
