C26 Hyrox Training Clinic
Join us in October for the C26 HYROX Training Clinic! A one-of-a-kind weekend designed specifically for athletes preparing to take on the challenge of HYROX racing. Great for both first time athletes, experienced athletes or just those that are curious;) Hosted at the state-of-the-art C26 Hub inside the Bluhawk Sports Complex, this clinic is built for athletes of all levels who want to improve their HYROX performance through focused, hands-on coaching in both running and functional fitness. This clinic is for beginners, intermediate and advanced athletes.
What You Can Expect:
Expert Coaching led by C26’s team of experienced HYROX Performance Coaches and Endurance Specialists with decades of experience.
Race-Specific Training Sessions targeting sled push/pull, lunges, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, skierg, rowing, and farmer's carries.
Running Mechanics & Strategy Workshops to improve pacing, transitions, and efficiency across all 8 run/functional segments.
Mobility, Recovery & Nutrition Tips tailored for high-volume functional training and race-day readiness
Performance Testing & Metrics Tracking to gauge progress and set benchmarks
Q&A + Chalk Talks on training periodization, mindset, and how to race at your best

Kory Robertson,- C26 Hub Fitness Manager, HYROX Performance Coach and expert in Tactical Strength & Conditioning (TSAC), DNS, and Precision Nutrition, delivers elite-level strength, mobility, and recovery strategies honed over 12+ years of performance coaching.

2:00–3:00 PM - Camp Check-in, Gear Distribution
3:00–4:00 PM - Pre-Hab Instruction
4:00–5:00 PM - Movement Screening + Functional Warm-Up
5:00–5:30 PM - Zone 2 Circuit Workout
6:00–7:30 PM - Welcome Dinner + HYROX Overview + Camp Kickoff Talk
Saturday, October 10th: Strength Efficiency + Engine Development
7:00–8:00 AM - Warm-up + Plyometrics + Burpee Broad Jumps
8:00–9:30 AM - Session 1: Running Efficiency & Pacing
9:30–10:30 AM - Breakfast + Seminar: “HYROX Pacing and Execution”
11:00–12:30 PM - Session 2: Sled Push & Pull Mechanics + Farmer Carry
12:45–1:45 PM - Lunch + Q&A
1:45–3:30 PM - Session 3: Row, Ski, Lunges Efficiency Stations
3:30–4:00 PM - Team Relay Challenge
4:00–5:00 PM - Recovery: Compression Boots, Cold Plunge, Sauna + Breath work

Sunday, October 11th: PFT Day + Personalized Coaching

11:30–12:30 PM - 1-on-1 Debriefs with Coaches
12:30 PM - Departures + Optional Gym and Recovery Lounge Use
Camp T-Shirt
In order to receive a camp shirt with your registration, you need to sign up no later than September 26, 2026.
What To Bring
To get the most out of the clinic, please come prepared with the following:
Athletic clothing suitable for indoor and outdoor training
Comfortable training shoes (HYROX or running shoes recommended)
A water bottle (hydration is key!)
Small towel for training
Post-workout snack or recovery drink (optional)
Notebook or phone for taking notes (optional)
For the Cold Plunge:
Swimsuit (if not already wearing one)
Warm clothes for afterward (hoodie, sweatpants, socks, etc.)
Towel
Flip Flops or slides
